  No login and no app. They open their job page, accept the work, propose appointment slots and upload their invoice when they're done.

• Tenants confirm the time

  The tenant sees the proposed slots on their own page and confirms or declines, adding any access notes.

• You see the whole thread

  Proposed times, declines, notes and the confirmed appointment all sit on the work order — no chasing either side for an update.

• Urgency and spend control

  Tag a job routine, ASAP or urgent with a target completion date. Anything above your spend threshold waits for your approval; you set the threshold and can override it per job.

• A real tenant app
