What certificates can I track?+
Gas safety (CP12), EICR, EPC, PAT testing, HMO licences and fire safety checks, plus tenancy obligations like deposit protection, Right to Rent, How to Rent and the Renters' Rights Act information sheet. Fire risk, hazards and property care checks sit alongside them.
How do reminders work?+
